A plea for Help
If you are a homeless person living on the street, cold wet feet, every day for the past many weeks, is a reality. You own only one pair of socks and can never dry them. Your feet are always wet. It can lead to horrible, painful foot conditions. At church we are collecting new socks for St Petroc's charity, preferably thick ones. The Sock Man in Truro's Pannier Market is a good place to buy. Please bring to church on the next two Sundays. Donations are accepted for someone to purchase for you if unable to get to Truro. Thank you so much, Pam Dodd.
Flower Festival, 23-25 May
Plans for the forthcoming Flower Festival are underway and we welcome anyone who is interested to our next meeting in the school House on Thursday Feb 26th at 2 pm. All you need to bring is a vision and a little enthusiasm. Absolutely no experience is needed. We look forward to seeing you and you will be made most welcome. There is a Church Fete meeting on Tuesday 17th February at 6pm in the Community Hall, to discuss arrangements for the fete to be held on Saturday 27th June. Please put both dates in your diaries. We need lots of willing people to make it happen, so everyone is welcome to join us. If you would like to help but are unable to come to the meeting on 17th February please let me know at: careysharp21@yahoo.co.uk. I look forward to seeing you there. Carey Sharp
